Using the website

This website presents my web design services. I keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer: the scope and price of every project are agreed individually, in writing, before anything is paid. Prices shown are starting prices and exclude IVA.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. You may not copy, alter or reuse its content or code, or use the website in a way that harms it or other people.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, design and code of this website are my work and protected by intellectual property law. The background photographs come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License; they remain the work of their photographers. The websites shown as work are shown with the permission of their owners.

Websites I build for clients belong to the client once they are paid for, as set out in the written agreement for each project.

Quotes and orders

A project is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope and the price in writing and the agreed payment has been received. The written project agreement sets out what is included, the 24-hour delivery, revisions, cancellation and ownership. Where it differs from this page, the project agreement applies.

Links to other websites

This website links to WhatsApp and to websites I have built. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Liability

I take care that the website works and that its content is correct, but I cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and European law.

Complaints

Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones of the Junta de Andalucía) are available on request. Before that, write to me and I will do my best to put things right.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
